Naw, its delayed because the developer(not respawn) can't lock down a solid framerate/resolution :mjlmao:

The day the news was announced the Xbox360 was being delayed 2 weeks Xbox apologists fanboys on NeoGAF were actually in denial that it was a political move by Microsoft & were trying SO HARD to convince everyone that the PR BS reason Respawn/EA gave was really the case.

Is that was really was the reason, it wouldn't have been delayed & they would've had a day 1 patch ready for release day.

It isn't. I don't even think the PC version broke 100,000 sales yet (preorders were around 80,000) while the X1 verson had well over 400,000 preorders.

I know for a fact the CoD community on PC was disgusted by it and that's why their numbers was low whenever I tried to play it. I remember playing Black Ops 2 the next day after it released and it was only 4k players max. However that's a small choice of game to really make a statement like that I guess. I was just assuming that since CoD usually sells out that if they couldn't sell well on PC then a lot of other games couldn't concerning the FPS genre.

Battlefield community stayed.. Battlefield 3 sales were pretty even, I think consoles got a little more Battlefield 4 sales, but PC got more Battlefield Bad Company 2 sales

Because they changed the direction of how the games were made, usually PC versions of FPS games were their own standalone game optimized and made for PC which included your standard shyt like server browsers and modding capabilities. Once Modern Warfare 2 hit they stopped doing that shyt and started porting the console version of the games over to the PC platform where it wasn't optimized, had no server browser and stuff like that. It's why CoD promod never really survived outside of CoD 4.
