White people use "western" to describe themselves. Almost at no point when a white person is using the term "Western man/woman/child/person" are they making reference to Black people or any other ethnic group outside of those classified as white.

So, it is outright disrespectful when you see a white man complaining about western women or speaking of western women as being less feminine than Asian women because they are mostly referring to white women.
