One of my biggest fears is walking across a bridge and it collapse while I'm on it

Mine is driving across a bridge, it collapsing, and the car goes into the water. I figure if I think fast enough, I unbuckle the seatbelt, and at least I won't be trapped in the car, and can swim to the surface, but then there's the risk of other cars and bridge fragments falling on me. I hate being stuck in traffic on bridges.

welp, i guess peeps who are taking engineering right now and in the future have new material to go over on how not to fukk up your career.

i get severe anxiety crossing bridges due to thinking it will fall. the fact that this bridge had no center pillar is beyond fukking stupid and i hope fiu administration, city and people who engineered this shyt be blacklisted and have to clean toilets for the rest of their lives.

so sad. i get what they were trying to do, but you cant put a band aid on bullet wound. condolences to the families affected.
