That's not true. They all involve Leviticus. Nothing to do with consent which is bound by legal definitions, not hormones.

For example, (white) women can never consent to sex. And black women can never be raped. See feminism for the first, Jim Crow for the second. It's not about consent, it's about taboo.

If society wants to go back to the common law age of consent of 13, then it will do so. What really changed?

A gay person likes someone of the same sex, and they dont really find others of a different sex becoming. A pedo finds kids and teens becoming. I can't say a pedo isn't born finding other children attractive that might be the whole problem. They never actually grow out of it.
