Pedophilia needs to be separated from any other sexual deviance.Society doesn't take serious enough how far reaching it is.1 in 4 girls will have been abused or sexually assaulted by 18 and 1 in 6 boys.
Funny how Western countries like the UK and US were in a hoopla about the rape cases in India.Rape and sexual abuse is an epidemic here just as much.

We should have movements and be marching in the streets,trying to change the SOL(statute of limitations) in each state.
Many states during the late 2000's changed the SOL to 25yrs after 18 yrs old,but some have not.
Prior to this shift,a common SOL for sexual abuse was 4 yrs after the crime.Most victims don't attempt to report until 14 yrs after the crime.


We shouldn't be trivializing such a heinous crime with the religious zeal I know a lot of you are driven by when you make the connection between homosexuality and pedophilia.

I'm just curious....how does a Big Bang make God wierd? Actually it lines up in my eyes. The Big Bang states that in the early part of the Universe's history, an expansion occurred from a Singularity....all was dark and yet all of the building blocks were there. Eventually we left the Dark Ages, as it is called and we ended up with stars that gave us light. Sound familiar? Stars gave way to galaxies. We came along. The expansion continued. It actually continues to this day and yes there is visual proof of this phenomenon. Something that is expanding, by the laws of common sense, has to have been at a smaller point at some time, this is how the Big Bang Theory came about in the first place... I'm always fascinated by people who say you can't believe in the Big Bang and believe in a God. Not saying this is you, breh......but every time I have confronted someone on this after they have said it, they show their real hand....they have no clue about the Big Bang theory and have a beef with it on some kind of general principle.

If you study many origin stories from various religions, it is actually uncanny how well they line up with the Big Bang.....but there is some real push to deny this...unless you look for yourself you would never really know....most folks are happy to be spoon fed info on the origins of the Universe...

I can def see the age of consent being lowered in the future. homosexuality and being trans were in the same bracket as pedophilia, and look at us now. we no longer consider these things sick and juvenile. a lot of people dislike it being compared to homosexuality but it was all once under the dsm.
