How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
People are in awe at his numbers and don't even realize how underutilized he was during the his first few years. Dude is definitely the best pitcher I've ever seen. He weighed about 160 lbs and threw like he was 260 :wow:
Power aside, he may have been the most accurate pitcher ever imo, he was to pitching what Ted Williams was to hitting. He was so on point

Roger Clemens threw the ball at :manny: and Manny cought feelings, benches clear, zimmerman got a little too confidant thinking he could fight Pedro and well...

With that being said, that Yankee - Red Sox rivalry in the early 2000s was :banderas:

Going back 20 years?

So, from 1993 until now?

The most dominant pitchers probably go something like Randy Johnson, Greg Maddux, Pedro Martinez and Roger Clemens.

Then you have a few guys who were dominant, but for shorter periods of time: Curt Schilling, Johan Santana, Roy Halladay, Kevin Brown, Tim Lincecum, Clayton Kershaw...

Randy got by with pure power pitching and delivery angle
Maddux and Glavine were just workhorses, great pitchers, tons of innings and wins, but never had an arsenal of pitches
Roger was a piece of shyt cheater that just had a fastball
Pedro was the only artist

They were all artists in one way or another.

All you had to do was watch Maddux throw that 2-seamer to lefties and watch them ground into double plays. Like clock work.

Now if you're asking me which players were the most fun to watch?
Personally, Randy and Pedro.

:what:

Maddux was an artist. You're judged on results not the way you got them. If you had Randy Johnson's fastball and slider why the fukk would you throw any other pitch?
