This was the first beat i ever made, a year ago. Did this piece of dogshyt entirely in Audacity

It took me 2 years to make a beat as good as your first one.

Had a friend who interned at Best of Both Offices in 2009. He sent them a folder of beats and they picked a 2007 beat where I sampled Atlantic Starr's Closer Than Close. They got Charlie Clips, Skyzoo, and Fred The Godson on it.



When I heard the verses I decided to redo the drums and had my dude from Miami play instruments on top and turned the sample down.



After I sent the new version I was told Best of Both Offices didn't like it. Shortly afterwards I fell out with the dude who set it up.

The whole mixtape they were working on never came out. I think I use to have an unreleased Kendrick Lamar verse from this project
