Honestly? Probably because they about to indict OTF and this charge would mess things up. They did the same thing with treyway. Had hella charges but let it go because of the Rico

Yes and supposedly they were gonna indict von but even in the picture I seen when this first happened, it was clearly Durk holding a gun while driving.
