The Bulls were really stupid to get rid of Thibs. His biggest issue was overworking his star players. All management had to do is talk to him about it to get it straight or either the players could have came to him if they felt some type of way. But this squad should have been contenders this season and next too. But now they seem to be getting ready to go into a rebuilding mode for some dumb reason.
