Watch his left foot. It doesn't move until he dribbles.

he didn't move his pivot foot( left foot) until he dribbled..he can move in any direction he wants as long as that foot stays on the ground...

Dudes don't know anything about traveling rules.

His pivot foot started inside that blue line and by the time he dribbled it was a good 3 or 4 inches outside of the line
