North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Lawsuit getting thrown in the bushes.

Clearly states don't let small children on or around treadmill. Not only that every treadmill has a key that you push or plug in and eject for an emergency stop. Typically connected by a string or cord. Also when not in use most treadmills tell you to unplug them.

Little girl almost killed her brother. Negligent parents almost killed both of their kids.

Couldn’t they make an attachment that guards the in-running nip?

That and use sensors to turn the shyt off if it detects that a person is no longer on the treadmill.

With as much as they charge for these shyts, just seems like lazy engineering.

Bad parenting. Treadmills have safety measures so they can’t be operated unless the key is inserted. I got nieces and nephews about their age and never let them go near my exercise equipment.
