New season came out today. I just watched all 7 eps and it was hilarious! Definitely recommend if you enjoyed the 1st season

Finished Season 1 of PEN15 on Hulu. Really fills that Broad City void in my rotation, I could almost imagine Abby/Ilana acting the same way that Maya/Anna do in 7th grade. They both do a great job acting as middle school kids. The silly elements work really well, but when they do get serious sometimes I think it works just as well

Just the close female friendship between the two, with them doin everything together and a similar silly humor. Broad City is funnier to me and obviously explores more adult themes.

Just finished the 1st half of Season 2.

They do a good job of handling the divorce stuff with Anna

Maya stays getting curved . Both of the leads do a really good job with committing to being 7th graders.

Didn't see a thread on it yet, but CHAD on TBS gives me PEN15 vibes (although I only watched like 2 episodes of PEN15). It's ultra cringeyif yo, so if you like PEN15, I think you'll like CHAD.

I felt the same way. I thought it was some tranny thing, and I don't want to support a tranny thing (just keeping it 100), but it's not like that at all. It's actually pretty funny.

I thought the first season was kind of funny. But the 1st episode of season 2 was so annoying I couldn't take it anymore and bushed it.
