These dudes are about to get their bowl ban lifted in a year or so also.

I can understand that there are a lot of Penn State people who were not aware of the stuff going on in the football program.
Bringing back scholarships in 2014 is not good. They need to wait it out for 12 years at least.
Let the school divert football scholarship money to other sports like ice hockey and basketball.

it DID have to do with football because thats WHY it was covered up...to protect the football program. They kept that scumbag around the program and hid it to protect the program. PERIOD.
