what exactly is the joke about it? he himself said under oath that he never took part in any discussion about the rapes aside from the initial meeting after mcqueery told he what he saw. quite clearly, that was a blatant lie, and it appears as if these 2 scumbags were going to alert child welfare, but paterno (afraid of his job and/or legacy being in jeopardy) looks like he told them to keep it in house and away from authorities.

School administrator saying after a discussion with Paterno they decided not to tell the authorities isn't enough evidence?

Paterno said he told the higher ups and had nothing else to do with it.

When he got fired, they said it was because he wasn't aggressive enough.

Now this breaks and it shows he played a role in the decision not to tell the authorities. That the original plan was to report it, and after a discussion with Joe Pa, they decided not to.

That's fukking huge.
