I got a question for Penny and fellow Coli niccas that hit their late 20's+ and let themselves go...yall niccas ever look in the mirror or a recent photo of yourself and be like "what happened to me?" When does personal pride kick in? Now Penny can pull up in downtown Memphis in something foreign and hoes will still jock, but even then why you don't want to keep yourself right? I got pictures of when I plaged football in college...I was 189, lean and cut with a dog ass six-pack. I could go out with a beater on, some sweatpants, a fitted cap on backwards and a chain and pull hoes like nothing. Now a nicca 33 wifed up with two kids...but I can still put on that beater, sweatpants and fitted and have these chicks head turn...that feeling like "I still got it" is powerful to me. Penny out here with them wobbly ass chicken neck arms like a 60 year old woman. That could never be me though.

My nicca...I worshipped Penny when I was a kid...1995-97 version of Penny was definitely on point physique-wise. Nicca hit the weight room and put about 15 "good" lbs on and was right behind Mike (IMO) as the best peremitter player in the league.He really doesn't lookat all bruh. He was never the most "defined" dude physique wise when he was in the league
