Lil B must have probably made hundreds of thousands of $$$& off YouTube considering he's been going hard with it for a good five years.

Then there's the tour money and whatever he gets to do lectures at these universities.

Consider that he's not signed to a major so whatever $$ he brings In goes directly to him and his manager. He edits his own videos and since he uses tons of unknown producers, he doesn't pay them that much but still gets quality tracks out of the deal
