People say its all about supply and demand. So if everyone is leaving,I guess prices should be going down soon in L.A right?

it's not the taxes, its the income inequality and cost of living. the starving artists and creative types make cities entertainment areas what they are and if fewer and fewer of them can afford to live in the area and enjoy the nightlife, the scene dies. when the people doing interesting stuff don't show up, other affluent people who want to be seen and in the mix don't show up to dead events.
