Why would a multiplatform game be more significant for one platform over another? If resident evil 8 comes out and gets good reviews thats not a “win” for microsoft.

Meh, when there was a streak of good news for xbox a couple months ago this forum was filled with gamepass threads and negative news threads about sony, such as the psn store, the CMOS battery, the japan studio closure, and a ton of other stuff. This is just the pendulum swinging back the other way now that sony is posting is good news and I’m sure it will eventually swing back the other way and so on.
I hope this is not true but it’s hard not to believe because it’s what they’ve always done. They’ve damn near ran every single developer relationship in the ground. They could have launched XBOX Series with a new MechWarrior, Fable, Project Gotham Racing, Destiny, and etc but they screwed up all those relationships to the point where the studio either folded or threatened to all walk out the building.

Nah. There's significantly more Anti-Sony/Playstation, console war threads made by a lower number of xbots is all. This forum may have more pro-playstation cats than Xbox, however the same 4 clowns will dedicate themselves to making nothing but Playstation disparaging threads and posts on the daily, more than any single playstation head does on a monthly basis.
