i honestly don't see how you can root for a team if you don't live close to go to the game or even live in the same market where you can see the games on fox sports.

be a rockets fan but only get to watch 8 or 9 games a season breh :mjpls:
I think that most people here have ESPN, TNT or can stream any game they want via bootleg or NBA leaguepass.

Should they acknowledge that they have just become fans because of this particular run of success first?

I mean there has to be a non intrusive way to join a bandwagon or teams would never get new fans

:ld:

You can be a bandwagoner

Just dont front like youre a lifelong diehard fan

I don't care if u live in New York and ur a raiders or niners fan or u live in California and your a Yankees fan, but at least have some knowledge of the team history, past players and the struggle...

I laughed the past 3 years when I would watch 49ers road games and I see 49ers jerseys all over the stadium...

I'm like:mjlol: where was these people during the dennis Erickson, mike nolan era, singletary era....now they popped up and only players they knew was Montana, young and lott and rice...

Luckily (I guess), the Ravens aren't and have never really been a "bandwagon" team, so that's whatever for me. If you like them, you really do like them. I thought the O's were that way too, but I'm finding a lot of "fans" coming out the woodwork these last 3 - winning - years. Public figures, too... I saw a RT'd pic of Steve Czaban @ Camden Yards during the ALDS last year, decked out in O's gear and all. He goes 100 for all things DC (and taken many a shot at Angelos over the years), so when I saw that I was :dwillhuh::dahell::manny:.

I :pachaha:at the heat Jason La Canfora takes on Twitter at times, though....he's a diehard O's fan these days, but apparently used to rep the $ox hard back in the day (born/raised in Bmore too, BTW).

Ledell Eackles shot-chuckin' his way into our hearts and giving weekend warriors hope all at once. :banderas:

I met him at my job when the Orioles came to Yankee Stadium earlier this month, him and his kids were decked in Orioles gear so I find this interesting and funny

only lifelong team I've been a fan of is the Bears.

Other sports I just like players. i.e. Basketball Melo, AI etc.

I'd say the Blackhawks have been my 2nd most loyal team I've supported throughout my lifetime
