People having kids they can't afford is backwards thinking.
We are having a discussion no? What does name calling bring to it? I could have went all the way in on dude but I took the high road. Now I'm crying?you been crying nonstop because people neg/name call and disagree with your opinion fam. chill the fukk out.
ya'll are only looking at one angle of the problems with economic inequality in this country.
nikka that would crash the whole economy the fukk. The government needs to give its citizens a monthly living wage at $2000 a month and raise the minimum wage to $22 an hour.
Also, the government needs to put restrictions on how much rent a landlord can charge.
When a black man thinks about raw sex, he should be thinking about kids. Money is NOT our issue when it comes to children. At all.black men should be thinking about kids and marriage when we're 35+.......
actually I'm an anarchist, but I wouldn't have a problem with socialism that's practices more of direct-democracy aspect as oppose to simply relying on state issued resources.
it's funny yall bougie/uptight brehs complain about poverty, lack of education, rent increases, student loans, yet ya'll turn ya'll nose up at the idea of a model that would be beneficial to you
but most people wise to the game realize that the only reason you're against is because other people would also benefit. people ya'll some how decided don't "deserve it".
No one can ever truly afford kids. No matter how much you make financial adjustments will have to be made. Besides you can have all the money in the world but it means nothing if you can’t provide the mental and emotional stability. That’s worth way more than anything money can provide. You look at most fukked up families and guarantee it’s not due to a lack of money but a lack of love
Those are the type of people I really don't feel sorry for. I see so many people who live paycheck to paycheck but then bring kids into their bullshyt. People straight up don't the basic stuff to take care of yourself but then want to add a baby in it. Like I see a lot of parents who don't have a car or a steady place to stay. The parent and the kid are getting rides for most of their lives. Lots of people too comfortable depending on other people for everything. If your car breaks down you should have enough for a rental, if your child breaks their glasses you should have money to replace them, if they get sick you have to have enough money to send them to the hospital. If your food stamps, WIC or child support don't come you as a parent should still be able to survive. But too many people don't.
Like the first chick that got pregnant by Beyonce's dad. Went on a media tour crying about how she was getting evicted because Matthew's child support got lowered. She was taking pics crying and looking stress with her son eating a sandwhich. Its stupid to be struggling and then have kids.
Young, strong, broke, and lacking of true wisdom. Yeah, like that worked for previous generations of black folk
So many focused on the wording of "wealth" completely missing the point of the thread...
-can you afford diapers, food, typical care and needs for your family without stressing if your card will decline or borrowing money
-can you afford a stable roof over your families head without stressing rent
-can you afford stable transportation/ bills paid on time
-can you you save a little after all this is paid for, especially for emergencies
if you can have a good credit score (bills paid on time, little to no debt), provide for your family not worrying about when the next check is coming and put away money for the future of your family
thats wealth for most people
yall caught up on the wording of the title, but missing the point. Only "1%" truly reach wealth, thats why its called the 1%... 99% wont make it.. but that doesnt mean that the 99% cant also maintain a good life style with smarter choices.
No one wants to be held accountable for their actions throughout their life. The word "responsible" is almost phased out of the world.
