What part of the welfare office not being open/deemed essential and no one from DCF returning her calls don't you understand?

The government doesn't just GIVE free money and food stamps to bytches with kids just because. They have to apply and qualify. She was working until she got laid off due to covid, got a new job that she can't work at because of her expired license and applied for FS but can't get a social worker on the phone to approve her case. Given that she's going through all this now it's clear she wasn't receiving government assistance before.
