The issue is the fans aren't really holding these general managers accountable. People want to shyt on players or big up players for doing this/that with their supporting casts/teammates they have, instead of saying... "Hey, you've got LeBron James/Kevin Garnett/(Fill In Hall of Famer Player Here) on your team, put some fukking talent around him". Notice how nobody ever talks about Tim Duncan in these conversations.
