As a kid Miami Vice was the epitome of cool.
Their fits were cutting edge fukking timeless.
Crockett and Tubbs were great characters and low key it was one of the few shows where the Black and white cops were on equal footing outside of maybe in the Heat of the Night.
Well acted and a lot of big time actors cut their teeth on there.
Though that scene while great might not even be in the top 10 though for that show.

That scene hit hard because at the beginning of the episode he watched his partner get blown up. His partner had a pregnant wife and sonny went and told her. It all fukked him up. Plus Sonny and his wife is divorcing at the time because of the shyt he go through as a cop. Tubbs brother was killed by the same dude in New York so he came to Miami looking for him. The whole pilot episode is about them becoming partners to get revenge for their people and thats what they're on the way to do in the car scene.
