HaI just moved from Jacksonville to Orlando and I swear everytime I meet somebody new they wanna tell me how Orlando isnt sweet and it can go down like duval. Is this supposed to impress me?
I’m fully aware and cautious of wherever im at, but you not gonna make me scared of your nice city bruh. Sorry. That’s why I moved here.
A nikka at my job literally talked at me for our whole lunch break about how dangerous the O is and how he got popped 8 times. And how he was big in the city and can show me all the rapper hoods and strip clubs.
I told the nikka where I hung out in Jacksonville and hit him up to see if he was really connected and he started avoiding me.
And then try to shame people for living in clean, peaceful, low-crime neighborhoods.
Thing is most of these people ain’t doing shyt in the neighborhoods. Another words they may LIVE in hood but they are in the house after dark and rarely come outside.
I’ll never understand somebody bragging about how active their city is.

Because 20,30 years ago, I never heard nikkas brag about Atlanta like I hear nikkas all the time do it..
I knew in the early 90s from seeing a few nikkas like Eric Sermon of epmd, Tupac who moved his family down there , that Atlanta was going to be a nice quiet spot even with JD, OutKast, Laface, Rico Wade and crew, etc to chill
But with the overload of nikkas especially broke nikkas who transplanted down there , Atlanta is this generation bragging of NYC AND LA
