This is an great video, teacher showing he cares INDIVIDUALLY to each and every kid, making them hype before entering class, boosting their confidence. Like breh @TrebleMan said, school (especially at that age) is at least as much about what you learn as it is about getting used to learning, and it's a lot about individual development.

Their teach seems very much like an energetic guy who will reward with a positive reinforcement using words and other forms of encouragement.

Habit built: enjoy learning/school/classes/getting to work. It doesn't take long to build those habits either, especially in kids.
