I've known too many women who were on section 8 or welfare but they kept popping out babies. That shyt makes people even lazier. Minimum wage or disability is not enough to live on your own. Day care is expensive. Worry about the rich ass people in the government who is taking up most of the money instead of the poor who aren't. It's a shame that the focus is always on the poor more.

I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I group poor whites in with poor minorities. Also birth control is not sterilization. My mother's side of the family is white and my cousin has 7 kids and never worked since I've known her my whole life. She would have been perfect for this when she was younger and still producing.
Well off depends on the area the person lives, my mom has never made over 40 thousand a year and she raised my brother and I with no help. My brother and I were always well cared for. I was very spoiled, I got toys and all that stuff and we lived in a house until I was 9. That probably would not have been as easy if we lived some place like NYC.

I agree it should be no longer than 5 years. I made this thread with white people in mind too. The people I'm speaking on are white.Why not simply have a cut off period for welfare? 2 years max.
