this is when stats don't tell the entire pictures. Because we know what happened when teams actually played intense basketball Chicago had difficulty scoring. Yeah they might have ranked high (2011-2012 rose played only 39 games!) but it's because Thibs had them boys playing playoff basketball in the regular season.
Beyond that Ortg, which I assume you're using it's points per possession (100 possession) and really can be skewed due to what is a possession and the pace/style of play. meanwhile, Bulls had one of the easiest schedules per SOS. You can really derive a lot from the other stats but you chose to look at Ortg without regarding anything else.
