Littering is a good litmus test for judging a persons cognitive development. People who litter tend to be the most self centeted and ignorant people.

I don’t understand people who walk right past litter on their property. How can you exist with trash on your own lawn?



I once saw a cop flag down the ice cream truck, get ice cream, then throw the the napkin on the sidewalk. That was even more infuriating, because he probably didn’t even live here, yet he’d flip out if someone went to his neighborhood, and did the same thing.

100% agree. All the masks and gloves discarded on the ground, especially at the height of the pandemic.

People are giving less and less of a fukk and it’s scary. I want to move to a country that actually gives a fukk about this.

I hear Singapore try to keep their streets spotless too. Fine you out the ass if they catch you littering shyt as small as a candy wrapper.

You can get a $800 USD fine if they catch you spitting on the street.

It's sad especially if you got any love for nature. I'll go to a park just to chill and see all kinda trash around and the trash can could be just a few steps away. That's the shyt that really make me SMH

Some spots in Vancouver are spotless but then you head to their trails and its a mess.

Japan was super clean and they don't have garbage bins on the streets. Gotta carry your garbage with you or find a convenience store to toss your plastic.



Their organization to garbage sorting is unparalleled.

Dawg when I went to Japan I saw a dude scrap a piece of gum off the floor in the subway station. Not a janitor, mind you. A regular civilian. I was shocked by the cultural difference. The pride they take in keeping everything clean and presentable made me want to move there

Thankfully I live in Canada where maniacs don't have easy access to weapons and most people aren't aggressive.

They get them while they're young. Can you imagine kids here having to clean their schools and make lunches for their homeroom class?

Not enough of them apparently.

Also the problem with Seattle is 3 fold.

1. Interstate 5 corridor is the largest drug trafficking pipeline in the Western United States. It runs right through Seattle.

2. Lack of low cost housing means the addict problem is right in the open. On the plus side, lack of affordable housing keeps violent crime from spiking at high levels as Seattle is relatively safe compared to other metro areas of its size and growth rate.

3. The moderate climate of the Pacific Northwest is friendly to bums living on the street. Couple that with it being easy to score drugs here and the cops cant/wont do shyt and you have around 20k people who are content getting high all day, littering the city with all sorts of crap and stealing your shyt at every possible opportunity.
