You could replace Publix with subway/quick check/ Wawa
It’s basically a sub that’s basic in concept but then the person adds all of these sauces and toppings that makes it a 10+ minute endeavor for the sub maker

I feel you. I from up north where Wawa is king. Publix is a little overrated to me. The subs are good but nikkas make it seem like the subs have some special type of ingredient.
