They also have elite customer service. Don’t see your favorite Bolthouse Farms smoothie on the refrigerated shelf? The stock person will eagerly run to the back to see if they can find it for you. I tried asking a nikka working at Walmart if he could go look for something in the back for me and he basically laughed in my face

Publix customer service also allows you to return/exchange just about anything you want to, even if you lost your receipt. Nikkas will bring back a carton of ice cream that’s been half-eaten talking bout “The ice cream tasted funny, I’d like to exchange it for another one” and customer service will be like “Go right ahead”
