I am a horror flick buff. With scary movies nowadays I like to watch just to see how bad/cliche they are. Been a while since I watched a good one. At least major American releases.

Foreign horror films are amazingly made. Most horror films released today are remakes or based on a lot of not very well known foreign films from Europe and Asia.

I watch them if they are good. Last ones I saw were us, babadook and it and they were all dope. Few ppl been telling to peep heriditary and I still need to. shyt like Freddy, Jason, chuckie I outgrew as a kid though. Them shyts are boring. I'll always fw scream tho but them joints were never really scary.

The allure of horror movies is watching fukked up shyt happen to someone who 'could be you' and inserting yourself in that situation mentally to see what you would do and how you would cope.... all the while being tucked up safely in your warm bed with snacks.

I love them. But I can't watch too much of it because like everything you take in from day to day, it has an effect on your psychy so one must balance it out with some light hearted entertainment as to not be consumed by the negative themes and dark imagery.
