I try to take my shoes off when I come in the house because most of the time I'm wearing work boots.

But I never FORCE anyone to take off their shoes because I'm not a dikk. Most people take them off anyways though.

I've never understood this either. It screams " I ain't used to shyt" so don't get my carpet dirty. It's carpet. Get it cleaned or don't invite people over to your house.

Not sure about you but when I was in Afghanistan I took my boots off every night I went to sleep(had to cover the holes cuz of scorpions and spiders and shyt though). Maybe it was different in the war that you were in.

I dunno, but I spent good money on carpeting and hardwood flooring. I don't want anyone walking on my floors and fukking them up. And I ain't gonna go around with a big ass carpet cleaner at the end of every visit because I was afraid of offending anyone.

Yo I use to not care if a person took there shoes off or not in my crib until one day a friend of my wife came to my crib with her teen age daughter. The walked in wearing flip flops like most white females do but anyway they came in and sat down on my couch, and what do most white chicks do when they sit down they put there dirty shoes on my couch. Anyway I notice that it smelled like shyt in the crib so I thought maybe it was coming from the outside because my front door was open and my neighbor had a big ass dog so I closed the door. I went back to sit down and look at my carpet and there was smeared shyt! on it that lead all the way to the teenage girl siting on my couch with her feet in my leather and shyt smeared on it from the bottom of her shoe...I WAS PISSED so yea after that when you come to my house your shoes off especially with my 3 year old daughter walking and playing with her toys around the house....

You can wear shoes only in the 1st floor of my home cause its hardwood and tile. The living room is carpeted though so no shoes.

Upstairs is all carpeted so no shoes at all.

My fam wears flipflops or house shoes in the crib though and we even take those off b4 going upstairs. We got cream colored carpet upstairs son!
