I used to be able to sleep until 6pm when I was younger, just a lazy bum...but eventually I had to learn to stop to be a productive member of society. What it comes down to is most people feel themselves waking up, but they resist it and sleep through it. You just have to follow your brain out of bed instead of staying in and dreaming.

At least that was my issue I full admit to being a lazy dumbass for a while

When I was in my 1st year of college went to bed at 2 am and got up at like 12 pm as you get older and a consistent schedule every minute of sleep is valuable
