Explain to me how that shyt is real cuz I just don't believe in it
I was talking with somebody who said they suffer from it today, and I never thought much of insomnia before cuz I never felt I've had it as a condition, but it's simple to me: Maybe you're just on a different sleep cycle/circadian rhythm
If you could live in a time zone of the world that's in sync with your rhythm, would that "insomnia" still exist? The real problem seems to be people in a place where they need to go to sleep. To wake up. To go to work. In a place that really doesn't fit their personal needs for sleep. Just curious
