this would clear thecoli of a bunch of useless clickbait and shytposts slowing down the forums and then have these negative rep people only post in the bushes section but they are allowed to comment on regular posts, just can't make new threads
give 2 forum invites per year to current members who has been here 2+ years since their join date so people can't 'flip invites' by inviting themselves on an alt to get quality people, but disallow people with negative rep to get any forum invites
making the sub invite only can bring some more quality posters instead of 'first come first serve' open registration where it becomes a shyt show with mid posters or the most egregious people re/joining
