Only issue I have with this is that a lot of dudes use this as an excuse for why a CERTAIN demographic of women have that mindset. I'm not saying this doesn't happen because it's an all too unfortunate mindset that allot of our women carry with them...


But THESE women should NOT be the ones we are chasing and crying about. Trust me, I've never been anything CLOSE to a thug, gangsta, hoodlum or anything but I pull women who are similar to me and have similar mindsets, values, and morals.


I've had girls when I was younger straight up tell me I'm nice but they want a thug nikka, truth is that none of these girls were ones I was truly checking for, so it didn't hurt me and in a way I felt sorry for them. These are the same girls who are now women posting on FB talking about "I'd rather have an exciting man than a boring man" with three kids by three different men and not a thing to show for it. The same women pushing 30 who still think the highlight of their lives are dressing in the Thotiest outfits and hitting the clubs with their "girlfriends" who are seven years younger. Who can't WAIT for the next episode of Love And Hip Hop and the last book they read was a Zane novel...


These are NOT the women we should be crying over. Will Smith didn't cry, he found a woman with similar morals, goals, and ambitions and some 17 years later he's STILL married and sharing a production company with her.

The only problem with your premise is that some of the men that women are/have passing/passed over for thug types aren't actually lames or losers. The example with Will Smith vs Peppa further illustrates this point. Will Smith was far from the typical "lame" or "loser" (rich actor & music artist who was known worldwide & considered handsome or attractive by a large portion of female populace).

So in actuality, men don't have to admit to being wrong in regards to this scenario, because we were always right in the first place about some women passing over good quality guys for hooligans.

I believe there's a reason arranged marriages was popular for thousands of years. Some women just don't know how to pick the right mate for her future seed. And some will be even attracted to the dysfunctional types.

One sister said she left a good man in the middle of the night for her first THUG love and dude ended up fukking up her credit and left her with bruises... she said she tried to go back to the other guy 2 years later and the good man had another woman and bought him a new house.... she mean while have a kid and said she struggling to make ends meat..

Not ALL women are like this...


The SMART ones understand what it is from jump...the "thugs" are just for play/show, but you get yo ish together while she's still young (20s) and find a "good" man. The ones that don't learn or understand how that works are the ones yall talking about...mid to late 30s talking about "there's no good men out here" Nah baby, there are PLENTY of them, you just want a Tupac in a business suit, and THAT is NOT how real life truly works...


I understand to a degree, because we dudes want that SUPER bad dime that's phat and all the cats flocking over, but SOME of us understand that a lot of times (not all) those particular women are usually NOT wife material. So we settle (only word I could think of, but not in the sense of "settling") for someone who may not be as bad/phat for a woman who can actually, cook, hold a house/job down, etc...basically a woman WORTH wifing.

Pepa is just one of many, probably came up rough with no guidance....That's what a TWO PARENT household will teach you (not always, and not excluding single parent households) a lot of times...what's "REAL" and what's bullcrap (a "thug" who's husband material lol). I generalized a bit, but you get the picture. Some women chase dreams and fantasies, while a lot of other women realize what is REAL and go for or let the REAL man pursue/have her...
