Two second day picks ain't shyt to lose sleep over. Those picks are usually hit or miss. They probably weren't going to find any talent better than harvin late in the first. You gave away a 1st round pick, a 7th round pick and a mid round pick in the 2014 draft for a player who is constantly hurt. Than you sign him to a big deal only to realize he needs season ending surgery before the season even began![]()

Only really downside is the contract and last I checked contracts aren't guaranteed in the JFK and most are incentive based. I'm pretty positive Seattle had some health incentives in that contract.
It was worth the risk. If it works out he puts them over the top with that great defense.

It would be even worst withy eh other sports because those contract are guaranteed. There's a good chance his contract would've been restructured anyway by the 4 year even if he did manage to stay healthy. This type of risk happens in every sport but its the least detrimental in nfl because of non guaranteed contracts. This so the reason why team dont worry about bad contracts long term in the NFL if there even is one. Most of the bad contracts in nfl reside in the NFC eastYou got the wrong sport breh this isn't basketball. Giving away a bunch of picks for a player that has health issues is football suicide.

I don't think he's actually THAT fragile, think the migraines gave him a bad rep. But that's another topic. Where is all this Seahawks hate coming from? Last year this time no one was talking/laughing at these guys
