Their defense, specifically their pass defense has not played well. I'm not disputing their POV in the trade...but they aren't as good as they were last year.

We lost a lot of solid players on Defense that made the Defense go from Good to GREAT.

We lost Golden Tate who is looking good so far in Detroit.

Lost a starting right tackle and lost a backup o line man who played in a lot of games as well.

so far, their pass D has been under par. with that said they did play chargers and broncos. the game against dallas was lost in the trenches. dont see why youd suddenly start passing a crapton and changing teams identity after a couple of bad games on pass D.

With the way the league is now identity changes week to week. Settles defensive output from last year while incredible, was unsustainable.
