That screen TD he threw was the same play Gabriel threw 6 feet over the WR head.
Aside from the stats, the entire team was energized.
Nobody is worried about "new information" when he plays poorly. He's a backup at best, there was merit to him going in the 5th round, and he's fortunate to be on an NFL roster. One bad half of football, and every clown that wants to let it all play out after a good game rattles off some variation of those claims with their chests puffed out.
My issue is the criticism being loud and abrasive as hell when he has a bad game vs the timid and shockingly "nuanced" takes when he throws for 200 yards and gets a win. If we're going to "collect information" and let it all play out with a rookie, then be just as measured and reserved when he has a bad game.
Well I mean the first game was an abysmal performance, and this one was a solid game against the worst team in the league atm where their defense got 10 sacks. He made a great throw too I recall. Most people were clowning because he played bad and his cult fanbase was making 50 11 reasons for it, moreso than any type of persisting feeling of thinking he will always fail.
what do you want people to say, he a future hall of famer? From this game? He played solid and they won and looked better than Gabriel has. What more do you want

If people can claim he's a 5th round talent and future backup at best after a bad game, then why not? You can't state he's not fit to play the position after a poor game and then double back when he plays well and say you need more information. nikkas should "wait and see" before making declarations or shut the fukk up and quit pretending to be impartial.
