You didn't answer the question. He doesn't have to like Sanders, and can still have him start.

What does he and/or the Browns gain from sabotaging him? It's not a difficult question, yet I never see a straight answer. And, comparing favoritism parents have of their kids to an NFL head coach and a QB is insane. NFL franchises care about making money and winning. Those are there ultimate goals. I'm not going to say that I think Stefanski likes Sanders. He may very well not like him, but I still have yet to hear what Stefanski and the Browns gain from sabotaging him?



Edit: I think Gabriel is awful and that Sanders is better than Gabriel at their peaks. I just think people go too far with the sabotage comments and need to recognize that the public doesn't know everything that happens behind the scenes with coaches and players.

You're being obtuse. Sanders is a loudmouth black kid who told teams not to draft him, and you're seriously questioning if the NFL, which has historically leaned MAGA, was above trying to sabotage him

Cmon on, my guy. With that said, once Sheduer got branded as a "Fifth-Round Pick", they could justify shytting on him. Nobody at the Browns Front Office except the Black GM wanted to draft Shedeur. If not for Andrew Berry, there's a good chance he goes undrafted......so again, that doesn't help your argument. The Cacs never once acted reasonably. The black GM gave Shedeur a lifeboat. Lastly, Stefanki 1000% would ride with Dillon. All year, the politics have been that Sheduer was Berry's pick and Dillon was Stefanski's pick. Stefanski didn't want to admit he was a dumbass for giving Dillon all of the reps all offseason when they should have gone to Shedeur, and he didn't like Shedeur's attitude (again, not my opinion but, this is what Cacs think about him).....so yes, they had plenty of motive to not play him

There are plenty of parents who show clear favoritism between their kids, it's not far-fetched that a football coach would be reluctant to allow Shedeur to shine, at least on the stat sheet.

I'll tell you this, Shedeur better hope his receivers don't get tackled too close to the end zone, because that Wild Cat bs is gonna be Stefanski's favorite play from now on at the goal line.
