Thing is… On the first day of training camp Stephanski came out publicly and said “this is an open QB competition”I mean, how else do you think people are supposed to take the word sabotage? It's a very specific word. There's a difference between incompetence, not liking someone, and sabotaging a QB. You can't say someone is being sabotaged and then say you are talking about incompetance. Two completely different meanings, and they are portrayed completely differently.
As I've said numerous times, I don't think Gabriel is an NFL caliber QB. I truly don't understand what people saw/see in him other than MAYBE being a backup. I don't think Sanders is great either, but I think it's clear his ceiling is higher than the ceiling of Gabriel. I don't think there's any question there.
Then in training camp there was a clear preference in who was getting reps and when and it was Sanders getting the worst of it.
As you and everybody with eyes can see Sanders is the better player, and everyone praises Stephanski as a good coach, so then why the hell does it make any sense he didn’t get a start until week 12???

For black folks in America when something stinks and is not adding up logically the default is to think it must be racism cause that’s what make people behave in an illogical manner.
I’m not sure what word to use for it, but something clearly stinks with the Sanders situation in cleveland this year.
