I'm a bit puzzled with this response, which says a lot because I obviously hear this a lot.

I work in the medical field so I'm not trying to be an ass but I would like some rational answers...

But obesity is considered to be a factor and/or overlooked in determining one's beauty as demonstrated with the pictures your presented?
