No point to get y'all puccies in the bunch. The people highest at risk were the ones that directly handling the brother. Obviously, the hospital did not take the necessary protocols in managing someone that has it, which is essentially quarantine and disposing your clothing. Just speculating, but I suspect this person obtained it due to not properly disposing his or her uniform. Ebola can carrying on clothing and hard surfaces for a number of hours and from the way it seems, that's the mistake that happen.

This shouldn't be the cause of overreaction. As long as you do what you SUPPOSED to do anyway, the chances of you getting it (specifically for those living in Dallas) are still slim. You first have to be in contact with someone who is VISIBLY sick with Ebola, which you have NO RIGHT to even be in the same ROOM with an individual that have flu-like symptoms in general. If you see someone that's visibly with some kind of flu, just get the fucck out of dodge no matter what kind of virus it is. Ebola is easy to detect if you read the signs and obvious symptoms of it, and it is only contagious when a person is visibly with those flu-symptoms. Also, just keep your surroundings CLEAN like you supposed to anyway. Nobody wants a nasty ass muthafuccka anyway nor should be hanging around areas or homes that are unsanitary. If you clean your home with bleach and spray your area with Lysol, there's not a chance of getting anything. Lastly eat and exercise and build up your own immune system taking the necessary vitamins. These are things you should be doing anyway.

we can contain it internally but when you have people flying in with the virus that is a problem. They now have a suspected case in Boston

this is a stupid post, no offense.

The weather just changed here in Dallas, people everywhere here right now have shifting allergies, are catching colds, fever, etc.

You can't say, "you shouldnt be in a room w/ someone who has flu-like symptoms" b/c it could be a a spouse or parent or a kid showing these symptoms. And who's to say it's just a common virus or otherwise.

Okay, you CLEARLY did not read what I posted. I said, you shouldn't overreact and keep doing what you SUPPOSED to be doing. The only way you get Ebola is if you just happens to get into contact with someone who is visibly showing flu-like symptoms, which you should avoid contact with ANYONE visibly sick. If you keep you and your surroundings clean and sanitized and not be an idiot and hand around a nikka showing he has the flu, there's nothing you should worry about. This isn't fucckin' Hollywood. This isn't Planet of the Apes or Contagion or some shyt that you get it in mere seconds. Half the time you won't get infected if you have a strong enough immune system to deflect it. But a smart dude wouldn't be near a person who is sick, and it is easy to detect someone who has Ebola anyway. Fucck the overreaction shyt. Read and research and do what you supposed to be doing anyway.

You can TELL someone who has allergies and someone who has a common cold versus someone who is SICK with the flu. 2nd of all, a person carrying Ebola is EASY to detect and the only way a person can catch it is being in DIRECT CONTACT with that individual.

Lastly if you with a spouse who is sick, are you just going to do things in which get yourself sick or do the proper things you SUPPOSED to be doing... such as cleaning the sheets, the clothes, sanitizing and cleaning your household, Lysoling the house?

The 2nd person that got infected had it because that nurse was DIRECTLY working on the patient. NOBODY, especially FAMILY got infected? Why is that???? Don't make it out some easy shyt you can get just by a sneeze.

The fact that it's news that a second person is infected should tell you something.

You would expect this shyt to multiply way faster than this the way the media is making a big deal. This shyt don't seem that communicable. I can't see it spreading like that

It shouldn't be a shock that someone else would be infected... that was a given to begin with. What it should be noted it was someone who was working on the patient directly and not some random unsuspecting stranger like y'all overreacting it as being. You more likely get into a vehicular homicide than catching Ebola. The fact is people are fueled by fear of something they haven't done their own research over than anything else.
