Nurse's boyfriend admitted to hospital with Ebola symptoms
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas nurse Nina Pham tested positive for the Ebola virus over the weekend. Pham was one of the medical workers who administered treatment to Ebola patient Thomas Duncan, who died from the virus last week. Pham first noticed that she had some of the symptoms on Friday, and her diagnosis was confirmed on Sunday.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed on Sunday morning that one other person was in close contact with the nurse after her symptoms began to show. That person is now known to be an employee at the Fort Worth company Alcon. The company sent a message to all staff members, letting them know that one of their own was in isolation at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.

People breaking quarantine?
It's only a matter of time until someone spreads it to some homeless man or drug addict who likely wont seek help. Homeless dudes wit ebola...![]()

Where are all those nikkas tryna plan a mass movement back to Africa btw?
I've been thinking the same thing. I feel like either I didn't read up enough about it or I'm missing something. On min It's hard to get the next min they're acting like it's easy to get like an airborne virus. Which is it? You can only get it from body fluids right?Whats fukked up is that they keep telling us its hard to catch....yet health care workers keep getting it with protective gear. Ok they may have had a slip up....but if its so fukking hard to catch why is it spreading over ONE slipup. They wanna say it doesnt survive on surfaces but it spreads cause the suit wasnt completely decontaminated?? Get all the way the fukk outta here. Obviously shyt aint adding up here and they playing some crowd calming tactics.

Woman saves three relatives from Ebola
http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/25/health/ebola-fatu-family/
(CNN) - It can be exhausting nursing a child through a nasty bout with the flu, so imagine how 22-year-old Fatu Kekula felt nursing her entire family through Ebola.
Her father. Her mother. Her sister. Her cousin. Fatu took care of them all, single-handedly feeding them, cleaning them and giving them medications.
And she did so with remarkable success. Three out of her four patients survived. That's a 25% death rate -- considerably better than the estimated Ebola death rate of 70%.
