Im starting back in the gym Tommorow.:russ:
Incline
Standing shoulder press
bench press
Push ups

Thats for free to all you lolly pop cotton candy eating mfs who want to get stronger upper body. Thats all you really need to do.

You can do all that but those 3 are the most important for that specific form your trying to reach. It was the issue with the dude who played aqua man. Said thats all they focused on to get his upper body big. Just 3 most important excercises. Pretty sure they did more but fuk that thats all im doing. I agree throw pull ups in there but i cant do a single 1. Smmfh.:mjcry:

Im not trying to be doing 15 different mf workouts shyt. Mens health says these the major workouts. Im doing that fukk all that hanging reverse tricep pulls and shyt like that.:stopitslime:

And before Captain obvious points it out, yes I'm aware hitting the gym is personal development :comeon: but that's not the type of personal development we're talking about...

So let's not focus too much on the gym part, that was just to catch your attention. But lately I been thinking, maybe I'm the one with the issues and the problems. After my last relationship, even though my ex is in fact a crazy ass bytch... There's gotta be something I'm doing (or not doing) that attracts these women. And as much as every coli breh says "hit the gym, hit the weights"... Your physique can change, but that doesn't mean anything to most women.

Without dragging this out, I'm a very introverted asocial dude, but learning better communication skills, conversational skills, techniques for different scenarios, masterminding certain situations, how to react and behave in certain instances.... These are the things that matter the most. Being social, meeting the right people, having personality that attracts the right people. There's so many personal development courses and videos online alone for free. If you can matter socialization , you can master your life and the people around you.
Women are beautiful human beings in life. :smile:Yas indeed and I can relate similarly with you OP I am a introvert in my life :smile: introverts recharge in life and the gym life #gymlife :smile: also I fear Lust in public :(
