Some dogs are just like that and no neuter/spaying doesn't work. I got my mom's beagle fixed because she was super hyper and after she healed from the surgery she was back to her old self.

so im gonna be stuck with a hyper active play fiend ass dog

It would also help to buy the dog toys, walk em, and basically keep em busy even if its for an hour or 2 out the day. When dogs are hype and aren't given something to do they get destructive and I'm sure you wouldn't like that

This is true too, have you considered dog training (no cac), even just buying a book? If nothing works take em to the vet and maybe they'll give em a real mild sedative to take at bedtime.

Your dog looks like my girls, "nuvo" (nah dont ask), i don't bathe him (often) or trim him so he looks like a giant rat or a little wookie it's cool.

Youre 110% right its been a min since i have raised a dog, his mother is mine also and i had to invested a lot of time in her. im getting to old for this

Not gonna lie, your dog is adorable.
Are you exercising it out? If they dont get 30 mins a day, they act out when people come over. Take it for walks or make it go up and down some stairs a few times.

he cant walk up the steps yet but he gets plenty of time outside in the yard.

Giving a puppy access to the yard wont take care of their exercise needs. When you come home, you should sit on the porch and throw a ball/squeaky around back there while you decompress from the day. Normally, puppies get to play with their littermates, but since he doesnt have any, you gotta act like one.

Alright my puppy shih tzu is too damn hyper.

His mom and father are the complete opposite, like this little nikka stay running around the backyards for hours and then wanna play when its time to sleep

there really is no advice breh. puppies just got crazy energy, aint no way around it. you just gotta wait it out

if the crazyness gets too outta hand and he starts snippin at people and making a mess, a good ol fashioned rolled up newspaper slap seems to send the message. not enough to hurt the lil' guy, just enough to scare the shyt outta of it. and hook him up with some doggy treats when he's being good, just so he knows what is proper behavior
