just watched this trash.....the new "twists" on the original were lackluster and corny......these remakes get worse every year....

yeah. It was a cool remake. Liked some of the changes
FINALLY SAW THIS .. THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD REMAKE. OF COURSE NOTHIN BEATS THE OG, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THIS 1.
The old man is a moron, why would he even show the spot knowing they come back evil.
That part of movie really bothered me
iirc they do bring that up, i think he believed she'd be different and not like what happened to his wife..but we all know what happens

Half hour in. Just another unnecessary remake. Aside from a few changes so far, feels like a copy of the OG.
edit: it was all right. I can see people liking it more if they never saw the OG. The girl did a solid job at being a creepy weirdo.
