I remember "borrowing" this album from my friends and never giving it back.
One off the first albums i listen to from start to finish. Pete was on fire, and CL was at his undeciferably best, and that flow, like the ocean(word to AZ)

The spacy production, interludes, rapping about chicks - I can see how it influenced Dilla's early work, especially "Fantastic Vol 2"
Found a new album to bump for the next few weeks
I go back and forth about this and Soul Survivor as all time top 5 classics. Either way, Pete absolutely killed it on production here. What he did with the SP 1200 is magical
