my fave album, listen to it, without skipping a tune, Pete's production was flawless, and CL da Gawd, flowing like water.

CL like AZ, and LL, they have that effortless smooth flow, their vocals just becomes one with the beat.

mood of this album ranges from cold and depressing to warm and upbeat. Great album.

I wonder what CL Smooth was going through in life it seems like there were quite a few songs about love and shyt. Or maybe he just wanted to cross over *shrug*

You can tell Pete was in a zone throughout that whole album.....it's jus unexplainable how smooth this album is.....I was always in the minority cause I felt Main Ingredient was better than Mecca but as the years pass I see more and more folks leaning towards Main as the better of the two....to me it age better and I can throw it on chillax and let it ride all the way through no skipping.... Might jus throw that on tonight on the long train ride home when I get off work :salute: op the soul brother and Mecca don
