So people werent asking for loan forgiveness prior to this pandemic? When unemployment was at record lows?

I understand that its hard out there for some people, but lets not pretend that anyone is justified to simply renege on their obligations.

Doesn't matter if they asked for it before the pandemic; we're in it now, and will be dealing with the ramifications for years.

I don't want to hear anything about 'reneging on obligations' when the corporations and politicians have been reneging on theirs this entire pandemic.

But what about the people who already finished off paying their loans? That will not sit well at all for the people that worked hard to pay off their debt.
They support loan forgiveness.
What kind of psychopath would you have to be to want other people to suffer paying back a crushing debt - just because you had to.

Believe the dope man gonna let you get high for free brehs and brehettes.

There is no way the country puts in a total loan forgiveness. There is too much money made off of student debt. Just the interest alone keeps companies paid. And that doesn't even talk about the whole industry with default loans.

They may give a forgiveness of 5k to 10k. But there is no way they wiping out 30k, 40k, 50k, 60k, 100k and etc for eveyone.

To get out of this kats either gonna have to roll up they sleeves and get out of debt the old fashion way. Or hit the lottery, fake they death or overthrow the government if they think they getting out these student loans en masse.
